How do I Get Started?

There are so many books written about how to get started with real estate that I am sure that more money is made on buying these books than on actually buying real estate!  Our plan is simple, straightforward, and achievable.  For almost everyone, real estate investment begins with the purchase of your own home that you live in.   For many, if not most people, this may be their only real estate investment and at retirement this purchase will likely be their largest single asset.
