With So Many Real Estate Investment Programs Available, How do I Choose the Right One?

The intent of this website is to assist individuals who are interested in using real estate as one of the sources of income to fund a comfortable retirement for themselves and maintain these investment for their family.  There are  many commercial programs which promise unbelievable returns on real estate investments.“Flipping” properties, buying short sales, purchasing foreclosures or a host of other schemes are encouraged..which amount to a great deal of confusion  as to correct and safe ways to invest in real estate. I become skeptical of any “get rich quick” or “build wealth overnight" programs.  For the most part, the way these businesses generate income is by selling programs which suggest ways the rest of us should purchase real estate. They may not even own any real estate themselves!  I often wonder, if their methods are so profitable why they don’t spend all their time buying, renting, and selling real estate rather than the marketing their programs.  Having invested in real estate since 1972, I  believe in real estate as a wonderful, passive source of income.  We are still buying additional properties and continue to develop business models based upon  real estate income .  We do not sell programs, DVDs, or host expensive seminars.  Our goal is to walk with you each step of the way, making whatever course corrections are necesary to make certain that you achieve your financial goals with regards to real estate investing.

We generate our income as we work for clients who purchase real estate for cash income, appreciation, leverage, and more specifically, for retirement planning.  We are paid our brokerage fees when we locate, negotiate a fair price, and purchase a property acceptable to our clients.  In addition to our residential and commercial brokerage fees, we also operate a property management company that helps find tenants and residents, collects rents, and can maintain the properties.  Although our clients may choose to manage their own properties, we offer a complete service package from finding and purchasing the property, to selecting the right tenant to make certain the property is performing to our client’s expectations.  Our goal in the creation of this website is to become your trusted advisor in a plan that will insure you have income and assets sufficient for  future retirement needs. This income will be created and supported by long term real estate investments.
